Dragoneye Handheld Speed LIDAR

Dragoneye Compact LIDAR

Achieving the optimum balance of features, performance, package size and low cost, the DragonEye COMPACT Speed Lidar provides pinpoint, laser accurate speeds on vehicles up to 3000 ft (914 m) away. With its unique vertical grip, cushioned brow-pad eye-piece and standard 1:1 Head-Up display sight, the COMPACT provides hours of comfortable speed enforcement without eye or arm strain using just two standard AA batteries. With rapid acquisition algorithms and advanced anti-jamming, the DragonEye COMPACT proves there is no need to sacrifice critical performance features when selecting a low cost Lidar unit.

Dragoneye LIDAR CAM

The DragonEye LidarCam System combines our IACP certified LIDAR with a high performance digital Canon camera to capture high resolution images of vehicles exceeding a threshold speed entered in the Lidar's menu. The captured image shows an exact copy of the Head Up Display targeting reticule and vehicle speed as viewed by the operator. With an added date/time stamp and video recording capability, the LidarCam provides a simple and affordable photo laser system, great for providing extra court documentation, training or near range automated enforcement. Images can be downloaded and GPS tagged via WiFi to Android or IOS phones. Wireless, roadside Wi-Fi printing is also available using standard portable printers.


The key feature of SpeedoSoft System is an embedded laser speed device and one high-end Full HD video camera with auto focus. This solution allows ease of operation to target a specific vehicle in traffic. The feature that makes the device unique is that it gives an authentic & error free recognition of the violator as it captures the license plate from a considerable distance. The system is equipped with ANPR, which enables the system to extract the number plate of the vehicle. A video snapshot of the violator can also be recorded if enabled. SpeedSoft is capable of printing to any printer including wireless and cloud based printers.

Dragon CAM

The DragonCam system is a fully featured, laser based digital imaging enforcement system capable of capturing high resolution images and videos of vehicles violating preset speed limits. The unit consists of DragonEye's IACP certified LIDAR integrated with a high performance camera system and rugged tablet computer. With custom designed high magnification optics, the DragonCam LIDAR can capture identifiable license plates at distances up to 137 m (450 ft) on typical U.S. /Canadian style license plates and up to 300 meters on European style plates, sufficient for even expressway enforcement from the safety of overpasses and on-ramps. The compact system allows for hand-held, tripod, or in in-vehicle use. Violation images and data are encrypted into a single secure file at the moment of capture.

Breath Analyser

Breath Analyzer is a device for estimating blood alcohol content(BAC) from a breath sample. Breathalyzer is the instrument that tests the alcohol level. When the user exhales into a breath analyzer, any ethanol present in their breath is oxidized to acetic acid at the Anode. Atmospheric Oxygen is reduced at Cathode. The overall reaction is the oxidation of ethanol to acetic acid and water. The electric current produced by this reaction is measured by a microcontroller, and displayed as an approximation of overall blood alcohol content (BAC).

E-Challan System

Law enforcement agencies have been issuing traffic challans using the same paper based intensive and manual procedure since long. This creates frustration for stakeholders due to the challenges of collecting timely and accurate data from traffic challans. These data contain error due to bad handwriting and missing information, also it fades away over time or papers can be misplaced. It is also tough to consider the history or find violations from other locations.

ExperioTech EChallan system enables law enforcement officers to issue challans from their handheld devices. The handheld device works on GPRS (2G, 3G or 4G) technologies. The device can retrieve data relating to previous offences committed by the driver or the vehicle from its database based on vehicle registration number, dates and/or driver's license details. Tyre Buster

Tyre Buster / Killer is an electro hydraulically operated heavy duty spike barrier which rises above the ground level on giving a valid input signal and thus prevents unauthorized intrusions at entry/exit points of high security premises. When the tyre killer is in a lowered position the vehicles can pass through, thereby providing a good enhanced security blockage system.
The tyre killer is operated by high speed hydraulic cylinders. A power pack containing an electric motor -pump assembly and an accumulator/handle for manual operation(in case of power failure) is installed up to a distance of 20 meters from the tyre killer in an all weatherproof lockable steel casing on a concrete base.

Wrong Way Detection

Wrong-way driving leads to the most feared traffic accident, the head-on collision - oftentimes caused by drunk drivers who keep their eyes down on the road without paying attention to their surroundings.

Wrong-Way Driver Detection Systems alert and deter drivers from entering the wrong way by flashing LED-enhanced wrong way signs. The system is directional and motion activated only by vehicles traveling in the wrong directions. Additional signs facing the opposite direction can added to warn drivers of the of the wrong-way traveling vehicle.

Excessive speed poses a huge potential risk especially in the proximity of nurseries, schools and hospitals. The use of a preventive speed indicator device/display increases road safety. Excessive speed is displayed just above the speed limit sign so that driver can understand it and take quick action.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition System

Automatic number-plate recognition (ANPR) is a technology that uses optical character recognition on images to read vehicle registration plates to create vehicle location data. It can use existing closed circuit television, road rule enforcement camera, or cameras specifically designed for the task. ANPR is used by police forces around the world for law enforcement purposes, including to check if a vehicle registered or licensed. It is also used for electronic toll collection, record vehicle entered or exit in / from a specific premises and as a method of cataloguing the movements of traffic, for example by highways agencies.
Automatic number plate recognition can be used to store the images captured by the cameras as well as the text from the license plate, with some configurable to store a photograph of the driver. Systems commonly use infrared lighting to allow the camera to take the picture at any time of day or night. ANPR technology must take into account plate variations from place to place.

Traffic Crane

This Crane uses an adjustable boom with a winch to recover vehicles from a ditch, over an embankment, or any place the vehicle cannot be safely reach backing-up. Some booms are fixed, some heavy pivoting A-Frames, others hydraulic-powered Cylinders. The heaviest types of boom can rotate, effectively turning the tow truck into a sort of mobile crane, called a "rotator", and are usually reserved for heavy vehicle accidents.
